It requires obsession with results, continuous sense of urgency, constantly challenging status quo, living the uncertainty at all times. It requires decision making which separates emotions from rationale, making every decision for the prosperity of the company and not you personal comfort. It also requires laying off (mediocre) employees, parting from co-founders, jeopardizing the future of your company and best co-workers. You must be relentless risk taker. If you prefer lifestyle, relationships, and personal comfort, you will not make it.

My name is Dusan. I am, a CFO with a passion for building and leading finance function at startups and scale-ups. I have 15+ years of experience in different finance roles and enjoy working in high performing environments.
